Psychosexual risk assessments

Mr. Fletcher specializes in forensic evaluations and assessments for those accused of sexual offenses or those convicted of a sexual offense. Mr. Fletcher has worked as an expert witness and evaluator in Collin County, Kaufman County, Denton County, Dallas County, Tarrant County, Ellis County, the United States Northern District of Texas, and the United States Eastern District of Texas over the past sixteen years. Mr. Fletcher specializes in psychosexual evaluations, psychotherapy treatment, and expert testimony. Mr. Fletcher can provide the following services for clients charged with sexual offense: mental status exam, psychological evaluation, personality assessment such as the MCMI-IV, PAI, MAPI, or MACI and psychosexual inventory such as the MSI-II for adults or juveniles (Multiphasic Sexual Inventory), sexual history interview, penile plethysmograph, and a comprehensive report consolidating all the information. The most useful tool utilized in these cases is the risk assessment scales. Mr. Fletcher utilizes the most recent and updated risk assessment scales to present empirically based evidence to achieve a greater understanding of actual risk to the community. All assessment tools may not be valuable or necessary for every client so an individualized approach to evaluation and treatment will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
